Registration fee:
Register by 15 December, 2009 for reduced rate 3 000 CZK = 130 euro
Later registration fee is 4 000 CZK = 165 euro (between 16 December 2009 and 15 January 2010)
PhD. students will get 10% discount
The registration fee includes:
- Work book
- Midsession coffee/tea breaks
- Lunch on each day of the workshop
- Reception at the end of the first day

Payment:
Registration fees are payable in advance of the workshop. All payment details and proforma invoice will be emailed to those who have registered.
Cancellation policy
- In case of a cancellation of a valid registration before 10th Januray 2010, a handling fee of € 20,- will be charged. No other cancellation fee is applied.
- In case of a cancellation of a valid registration after 10th January 2010, a cancellation fee of 100% of the price will be applied.
- A cancellation of a valid registration must be made in writing (by e-mail, fax, or post) to the address of ILOL Žerotínova 32 Praha 3, Czech Republic, fax: +420 241 401 154, , e-mail: marie.pribova@ilol-think-tank.eu. The actual date of delivery of such written notice to the organizer is to be regarded the exact and effective cancellation date.
- The reimbursed deposits, cancellation fees and refunds will be settled by the organizer after the closing of the workshop, within two weeks after the end of the event.
